Simple Character Controller:

What is it?

Instead of typical animation, these active-ragdoll character controllers use physics forces and joints to drive their limbs to the desired position and move around the world, therefore achieving a more realistic and lifelike interaction with the environment.

  • Fully physics-driven animation / posing  ( Easily create new ones yourself )

  • Each individual joint has its own strength, health, weight, etc.

  • Tons of physics prefabs to play with! (Pressure Plates, Gas Canister, weapons, explosive barrels...)

  • Custom Scripts to handle grabbing, changing limb strength, toggling ragdoll, etc. easily and even at runtime

  • Ai / NPC Prefabs that react to forces using the same active-ragdoll system as the player!d
